Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Preferably to have a current SIA licence and own vehicle.
- Must have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history. Failure to provide may result in offer withdrawal or termination.
Responsibilities
- Deliver industry leading customer service.
- Deterrence of violence and public order offences.
- Conduct patrols of the store.
- Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss.
- Liaise with store management teams.
- Liaise with police and crime partnerships where required.
- Wear body‑worn CCTV to support crime reduction and increase colleague and customer safety.
