Overview
Joining to apply for the Cleaning Team Leader role at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services β permanent part-time position based in Birchwood Warrington.
Location: Sellafield Cumbria Consortium, Birchwood Park Avenue, Birchwood, Warrington, Cheshire, England, WA3 6GR
Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 14:00 β 20:30; 6 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid break)
Pay: Β£13.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent; Contract Type: Part Time
Leave: 20 days annual leave including 8 bank holidays
Uniform & Parking: Full uniform provided; free onsite parking
Responsibilities
- Assist a team of cleaning operatives to maintain an office complex and ensure equipment is clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
- Follow health and safety requirements and meet all agreed SLAs.
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, required work timing, and the cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises.
- Undertake training required to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and/or under own initiative; build positive, productive relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
- Seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible approach to the role; open, honest, self-driven, and determined.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
