Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.
  • Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules.
  • Follow correct Health & Safety procedures and provide technical training as required.
  • Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and manage materials and stock ordering.
  • Address issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to line management when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Previous Supervisory and cleaning experience.
  • Good communication skills, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
