Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.
- Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules.
- Follow correct Health & Safety procedures and provide technical training as required.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and manage materials and stock ordering.
- Address issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to line management when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous Supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Good communication skills, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
