We\’re looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meet SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Position Type: Permanent

Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour

Type of Employment: Full Time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 2:00 PM- 10:00 PM

Location: GSK, Dominion Way, Worthing, West Sussex, England, BN14 8PB

Candidate will be required to work 06:00-14:00 for a four-week training period.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
  • Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
  • Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
  • Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
  • Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

Specialist GMP Requirements

  • Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in designated areas, strictly observing SOP standards.
  • To complete prompt and accurate reports and/or log books, raising issues as soon as they arise.
  • Ensure regular checks of equipment and report all defects/faults immediately.
  • To ensure full compliance to GXP operating standards of cleaning, PPE, paperwork and conduct as applicable.
  • Previous cleaning experience preferable.
  • He/she will be a good team player, will have a flexible approach to the working environment and may be asked to provide cover in other areas when required.
  • Good English language proficiency to enable understanding of instructions, safety signs, SOPS, and Health and Safety related training.
