Overview of the Cleaner position at Boots, Ringwood.
Salary: £12.21 per hour.
Part-time, 6 hours per week.
Location: Boots, 11 Southampton Road, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1HB.
Permanent role.
Responsibilities:- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning for Mitie customers.
- Manage cleaning team including recruitment and development of staff.
- Ensure staff follow task schedules and health and safety procedures.
- Provide training as required.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, manage stock orders.
- Resolve issues professionally and refer to line manager as appropriate.
- Experience in cleaning with supervisory experience.
- Good communication skills, reliable and hardworking.
- Ability to work to a schedule and use own initiative.
