Job Objectives and Responsibilities
- Must be flexible to work days and nights, weekends and bank holidays.
- Combination of 8–12 hour shifts depending on site requirement.
- Ensure all incidents are logged and directed effectively through to completion.
- Communicate business issues to Operations Manager and relevant departments.
- Maintain access/egress and visitor regulation standards.
- Ensure standards of dress, safety and presentation are maintained.
- Complete timely and accurate reports on all security activities and present to Security Management team.
- Conform to the methods of working and equipment usage.
- Follow Assignment Instructions and ensure contractual requirements are fulfilled.
- Handle day-to-day enquiries related to site security and report to Manager.
- Provide any other reasonable request from management or client.
- Be aware of KPIs and SLAs.
- Follow Site Open and Lock Down procedures.
- Complete and check all accident and H&S reports.
Person Specification
- Excellent analytical skills, prioritising activity and communication.
- Valid SIA licence.
- Full 5‑year proof of checkable background.
- Good understanding of security requirements/functions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and management.

Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Follow Group and company policies and procedures.
- Report any deficiencies in processes or equipment.

- Proactively identify and report security risks.
- Report actual and suspected security incidents.
