Mitie the UK\’s leading facilities management and professional services company are growing our M&S Security Operations Centre and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis. You do not need previous experience as full on the job training will be provided, including fully funded CCTV SIA licence. So, if you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge then we want to speak with you!
Salary: ÂŁ32,631.90
Location: 650 Pavilion Drive, Northampton
Shift pattern: nights 4 on 4 off
Main Duties
- Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening in M&S Stores
- Supporting M&S store colleagues on the phone
- Input of security and crime incident data onto a central database
- Providing a high level of customer service to our client
- Completing retrospective reviews of incidents that have happened in stores
