We have an exciting opportunity for a CCTV Controller at one of our prestigious Shopping Centres. The role involves monitoring CCTV, responding to alarms, communicating with staff, contractors, and emergency services, and providing a customer-focused control room service.
Main Duties:
- Monitoring and operating CCTV systems, including reporting.
- Responding to emergencies and liaising with emergency services.
- Completing reports, documentation, and handovers.
- Understanding and reporting on contractual agreements, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Following client and company procedures.
- Managing fire alarm tests, monitoring, and evacuation procedures.
- Participating in meetings.
- Reporting defects and following up on actions.
- Maintaining security standards for access, egress, and visitor regulation.
- Responding to requests and resolving issues within SLA timeframes.
What We Are Looking For:
