We are seeking a reliable and alert CCTV Control Room Operator to join our security team on a 4 on 4 off (12 hr) shift pattern covering nights. This is a key role focused on maintaining the safety and security of the site through active monitoring and teamwork.
Pay: £13.85 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems to ensure site safety and identify suspicious activity.
- Work closely with the wider security team and control room staff.
- Respond promptly to incidents and escape as necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs and incident reports.
- Assist on the main floor with the security team when requested by the line manager.
- Maintain high levels of awareness and vigilance at all times.
Requirements
- Valid CCTV SIA Licence.
- Prior experience working in a CCTV control room environment.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to support the security team beyond the control room when needed.
