Hours: 40 hours per week (8am - 4pm Monday to Friday)

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps across roles, including RA/CWI compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and update the training matrix, ensuring accuracy, visibility and real-time compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate and monitor completion of mandatory training programmes (e.g. RA, CWI, Food Safety, H&S).
  • Work with site management to ensure risk assessments (RA) and safe systems of work are supported by appropriate training.
  • Support the delivery and scheduling of inductions, refresher training and competency assessments.
  • Track and report on training compliance metrics, highlighting risks and overdue training.
  • Assist with audit preparation and compliance reviews (internal and external – e.g. BRCGS, client audits).
  • Maintain training records and documentation in line with compliance and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with supervisors and managers to ensure team capability aligns with operational risk levels.
  • Consumable Stock Control Order processing via SAP.
  • Weekly cleaning control documentation.
