We are seeking an experienced Building Fabric Engineer to work closely with the onsite Management team and deliver building fabric services.
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Location: Cardiff, CF15 7YJ
Responsibilities:
- Deliver basic plumbing, ceiling repairs, carpet fitting, door closer fitting, roof and gutter cleaning, emergency light testing, painting and basic carpentry tasks.
- Communicate with internal and external clients to build strong relationships.
- Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
- Supervise trainees and technicians when required and coordinate with departmental management to clarify resource needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities management or building services.
- Qualified in a Building Services discipline.
- Plumbing experience.
