Job Overview
We are looking for an individual that can complete the administration tasks for two sites in Bristol.
Main Duties
- Ensuring that training and compliance of all officers on site, including SIA licensing, Air Cargo handling, and Mitie e Learning courses, are kept up to date and booked in good time.
- Keeping schedules at least four weeks in advance, including additional duties.
- Working alongside the site manager and maintaining site documentation for the two sites in good order.
- Assisting the reception and pass office team as required.
- Standing in for the security team at short notice if available.

- A capable, proactive administrator.
- Must have a full driving licence.
- Must have an SIA licence (SG, DS or CPO).
- Must have been resident in the UK for at least five years.
- Must be able to obtain SC clearance with help.
- Must be fully PC literate and able to work with—and learn multiple—platforms.
