We’re looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Role Responsibilities- Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
- Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
- Address issues professionally and elevate to line manager when necessary.
- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- Ability to follow schedules and lead a team effectively.
- Self‑driven, open, and committed to continuous improvement.
