Retail Security Officer role to protect the Waitrose store, its people, and assets by providing security and excellent customer service through Mitie and Waitrose key values.

Full and extensive training will be provided, including MAYBO and a focus on customer service. Company‑funded SIA licence renewal. Fully supported by the National Operations Centre (NOC) and provided with technology such as body‑worn cameras and incident reporting devices.
Deliver results that meet or exceed Mitie and Waitrose expectations using all provided technology and following ASCONE guidance.
