Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients. The role involves managing a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff, and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. The position is located at The Broadway Centre, Hall Ings, Bradford, West Yorkshire, England, BD1 1JR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning, ensuring staff work to task schedules.
• Provide technical training and enforce correct Health & Safety procedures.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and manage use of materials.
• Order stock as necessary and handle any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills, reliability and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work to a schedule independently.
