Job Overview

Main Duties
- Deliver and evaluate SIA security officer, door supervisor and CCTV courses to the business.
- Work with the Learning support team to deliver training in line with business requirements.
- Complete all course related admin accurately after each course.
- Ensure all security training meets regulatory and QA standards where required.
- Ensure all training is delivered in an engaging and professional manner.
- Maintain continuous CPD requirements.
- Be an ambassador for the Mitie security's vision and values and ensure they are embedded into all training interventions.
What we are looking for
- Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification or higher.
- Conflict management trainer certificate.
- Physical intervention trainer certificate.
- Current Security Officer, Door Supervisor, CCTV qualifications.
- Current First Aid / Assessor qualification.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in delivering both face-to-face and blended learning approaches.
- Resilient, adaptable, and flexible.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to delivery.
- Excellent planning, diary management and time management skills.
