Mitie have a new opportunity for a proactive, organised and customer centric Account Associate to be a part of a brand new team being created for Marlowe Environmental Services at Mitie T2 in Birmingham! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a fresh start on new accounts, to be involved with a new team structure where you will support and build working relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and provide prompt solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritise tasks and manage volume of work effectively
  • Monitor customer retention, churn, complaints and service queries, driving corrective actions when required
  • Review and action pipeline activity, renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Monitor data quality and ensure data and records are correct and up to date
  • Ensure contract renewals are planned, executed and completed in a timely manner
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery is aligned to customer requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong customer relationship management experience / mindset
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Able to manage high volumes of work, adapting to new priorities
  • Understanding of MS Office packages and CRM systems
  • Experience in account management, customer service or sales roles
  • A confident communicator
  • An understanding of water hygiene, water treatment or environmental services is desirable but not necessary
