Role Overview: The role supports procurement activity within the Critical Environments business and reports to the Business Unit Business Partner.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contracting activities, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and service outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of category strategies aligned to business needs and risk mitigation.
  • Identify and deliver cost reduction opportunities while maintaining service performance and supply continuity.
  • Implement and maintain supplier management programmes across strategic and preferred suppliers.
  • Measure, review, and improve supplier performance, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted commercial and procurement partner.
  • Work cross‑functionally with finance, audit, shared services, and operational teams to support business objectives.
  • Support delivery of annual procurement targets across cost, quality, reliability, and service performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a procurement or buying role, with evidence of continuous development.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in sourcing, negotiation and supplier management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
