Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the hard FM activities across single or multiple sites.
- Monitor supply chain to ensure work activities are carried out safely.
- Review planned maintenance certification and raise remedial work orders, ensuring compliance.
- Manage resources, risks and relationships with contractors and the client.
- Respond promptly to daily challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of performance, safety and compliance across all areas.
- Lead, coordinate and deliver projects throughout the site from planning through to completion.
What We’re Looking For
- An experienced Mechanical and/or Electrical biased supervisor with relevant experience in Facilities Management.
- Proven track record of continuous professional development within the FM industry.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to excellence and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Computer‑literate with Excel, Word and experience with CAFM software.
