Job Title: Facilities Management Coordinator

Salary: £27,000 - 29,000 per annum

Location: Defence Infrastructure Organisation, Building 174, Old Dairy Road, Beith, North Ayrshire, Scotland, KA15 1JT

We're looking for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to join our team at DM Beith. We are looking for an individual who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules .

Role Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems.
• Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications.
• Raise purchase orders and manage tasks within the CAFM system.
• Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation.
• Coordinate waste service bookings, fleet car servicing, and PPE/uniform/stationery orders.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in administration or customer service.
• Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
