Responsibilities
- Manage a cleaning team across Mitie clients.
- Recruit, train and develop staff to maintain service standards.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are followed and Health & Safety procedures are adhered to.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and manage inventories of cleaning materials.
- Address any issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to line manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently to a schedule.
- Professional attitude and knowledge of health and safety procedures.
