Scheduler

We’re looking for a Scheduler who will be responsible for updating engineer reports, procuring materials, organising client callouts, and managing operative diaries. You will develop and evaluate plans, liaise with operations management for approvals, and monitor outstanding work.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle reactive queries, logging and tracking through to completion.
- Assist the Manager with daily co‑ordination, reporting and workflow management.
- Log service jobs, schedule engineer attendance and maintain accurate customer updates.
- Prepare quotes for repairs and spare parts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service, administration, or technical support role.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CAFM platforms (training can be provided for CAFM).
