Responsibilities
- Maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is kept clean, well‑maintained and in safe working order.
- Carry out cleaning duties in designated areas according to scheduled timings and established SLAs.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following Health and Safety requirements.
- Complete all required training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.
- Work within a team, supporting colleagues while taking the initiative when appropriate.
- Build positive, productive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and continuously seeking ways to improve.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Basic English communication and reading skills.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible, open, honest, self‑driven and determined attitude.
- Reliability, hard work and a professional attitude.
