What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Customer Operations team by planning and tracking resources, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Use data to make smart decisions, plan resources and keep services running smoothly.
- Create reports and share insights to support business decisions.
- Communicate with colleagues across teams to understand staffing needs.
- Spot issues with workforce tools or processes and raise them for quick resolution.
- Work with the Workforce Manager to plan and track resources across the team.
- Support the team in responding to day-to-day changes, such as unplanned absences.
- Build and maintain professional relationships through effective communication with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in data, planning and business operations.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving skills and the ability to spot opportunities for improvement.
- Commitment to completing a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship (18 months).
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grades 4–9 or equivalent) or Scottish National 5 certificates (Grades A–C) – bring certificates to interview.
