What You\'ll Be Doing
You\'ll be working on our newly awarded four-year contract with Great Western Railway (GWR) – delivering engineering maintenance across 203 stations and six depots on a network that spans 1,997 kilometres, serves over 1,600 services daily, and stretches across 10 counties and South Wales.

- Developing core skills and knowledge to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
- Assisting with planned routine maintenance as well as reactive repair tasks
- Collaborating with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience
- Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, making safety and sustainability a priority in every task

We\'re looking for motivated individuals ready to learn and take on new challenges. To apply, you\'ll need:
- A strong interest in your chosen field
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grades 4–9 or equivalent) – certificates required at interview
- To be 18 or over with a full UK driving licence
- To pass a DBS check and be open to random drug and alcohol testing
