We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction across our client portfolio.
Please Note: To be successful, you must gain the passing of an SC Clearance to work on site.
Role Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of projects, from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
- Plan, monitor and control project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors and suppliers to deliver against agreed objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, company procedures and contractual requirements.
- Manage risks, issues and change control, escalating where required.
- Provide clear reporting on progress, performance and financial position to stakeholders and clients.
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP desirable).
- Relevant technical or operational background aligned to the contract.
- Full UK driving licence (travel to other MOD sites in Northern Ireland may be needed).
- Proven experience delivering projects within a facilities, engineering, construction or infrastructure environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach.
