Location: Thiepval Barracks, Lisburn. Shift: 40 Hours - Monday to Friday.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction across our client portfolio.

Please Note: To be successful, you must gain the passing of an SC Clearance to work on site.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of projects, from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
  • Plan, monitor and control project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors and suppliers to deliver against agreed objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, company procedures and contractual requirements.
  • Manage risks, issues and change control, escalating where required.
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, performance and financial position to stakeholders and clients.
Required Qualifications
  • Project management qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP desirable).
  • Relevant technical or operational background aligned to the contract.
  • Full UK driving licence (travel to other MOD sites in Northern Ireland may be needed).
