Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support across a range of tasks and systems, acting as a key point of contact for the team by managing calls and general communications.
  • Raise purchase orders, support monthly reporting, and maintain organised documentation on shared drives.
  • Coordinate waste service bookings, arrange fleet vehicle servicing, and handle orders for PPE, uniforms, and stationery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration or customer service.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Health and Safety Responsibilities

  • Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems or work or equipment that may result in failure of service delivery, a risk to health and safety or the environment.
  • Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
  • Report any issues or training needs to your line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system.
