Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative support across a range of tasks and systems, acting as a key point of contact for the team by managing calls and general communications.
- Raise purchase orders, support monthly reporting, and maintain organised documentation on shared drives.
- Coordinate waste service bookings, arrange fleet vehicle servicing, and handle orders for PPE, uniforms, and stationery.
Qualifications
- Experience in administration or customer service.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Health and Safety Responsibilities
- Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times.
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems or work or equipment that may result in failure of service delivery, a risk to health and safety or the environment.
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
- Report any issues or training needs to your line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system.
