Mitie is seeking an Administrator to deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules.

Pay: £13.45 per hour
Location: Hull Community Diagnostic Centre, Albion Street, Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, England, HU1 3TD
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems.
- Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications.
- Raise purchase orders and manage tasks within the CAFM system.
- Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation.
- Coordinate waste service bookings, fleet car servicing, and PPE/uniform/stationery orders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administration or customer service.
- Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
