About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile PFI projects, responsible for total facilities management. The successful candidate will have full leadership and financial responsibility, with a primary focus on operational and commercial compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer: Build long-term relationships, offer high-quality support, manage NPS and engagement targets.
- People: Manage site-based Facilities Managers, oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning, handle payroll.
- Service Delivery: Manage service obligations, understand SLAs and KPIs, ensure timely delivery, escalate improvements, ensure contract compliance.
- Finance: Manage cash flow, P&L, procurement processes, and profitability analysis.
- Compliance: Oversee statutory works, ensure adherence to policies, manage risk registers, produce reports, and ensure health & safety standards.
Skills & Experience
- IOSH or NEBOSH Certification
- Experience in a similar role
- IT literacy, including MS Office
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills
