Role Overview: Account Associate β Solihull (T2 Building) at Mitie, part of the new Marlowe Environmental Services team at Mitie T2 in Birmingham.
Hours and Location: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm; Mitie β T2 Trinity Park β Solihull β B37 7ES.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritise tasks and manage volume of work effectively.
- Monitor customer retention, churn, complaints, and service queries, driving corrective actions when required.
- Review and action pipeline activity, renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor data quality and ensure data and records are correct and up to date.
- Ensure contract renewals are planned, executed and completed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery is aligned to customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer relationship management experience or mindset.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Able to manage high volumes of work and adapt to new priorities.
- Understanding of MS Office packages and CRM systems.
- Experience in account management, customer service or sales roles.
- Confident communicator.
- Understanding of water hygiene, water treatment or environmental services is desirable but not necessary.
