Responsibilities
- As a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
- Build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, understand when cleaning work needs to be carried out, and use cleaning equipment and chemicals following health and safety requirements.
- Complete all required training and work effectively within a team, taking initiative.
- Develop positive working relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
- Must have a flexible approach, be open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking and maintain a professional attitude.
