Responsibilities
- Protect customer property, people and assets by following site instructions and procedures.
- Meet or exceed service expectations to help maintain the contract.
- Continue developing skills through regular training.
- Follow company policies and UK laws.
- Carry out tasks as outlined in the site\’s Assignment Instructions.
- Keep up to date with changes to these instructions and suggest improvements.
- Maintain correct and valid licences (Security Guarding/Door Supervision and CCTV).
- Stick to safety standards and follow instructions.
- Work in an organised and methodical way.
Training & Development
- Complete all required training.
- Take extra courses to grow professionally.
- Use technology to support your job.
- Renew licences 16 weeks before they expire.
