Job Purpose: Protect customer property, people, and assets by following site instructions and procedures. Meet or exceed service expectations to help maintain the contract. Continue developing skills through regular training.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Follow company policies and UK laws; Carry out tasks as outlined in the site\’s Assignment Instructions; Keep up to date with changes to these instructions and suggest improvements; Maintain correct and valid licences (Security Guarding/Door Supervision and CCTV); Stick to safety standards and follow instructions; Work in an organised and methodical way.
- Training & Development: Complete all required training; Take extra courses to grow professionally; Use technology to support your job; Renew licences 16 weeks before they expire.
- Security & Health & Safety: Spot and report hazards; Stay aware of risks or threats at work and act to prevent issues; Use good judgement and call for help if needed; Stay calm and professional in tough situations; Write clear notes after any incident for reporting; Stick to your schedule and remain committed; Make check-in calls at assigned times; Report incidents to emergency services and the communication centre.
