We are seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams across various Mitie clients. Responsibilities include staff recruitment and development, maintaining service standards, and ensuring the delivery of routine and periodic cleaning services.
The role involves managing task schedules, adhering to Health & Safety procedures, providing technical training, distributing uniforms, monitoring cleanliness standards, managing materials and stock, and resolving issues professionally.
Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience, strong communication skills, reliability, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently to a schedule.
