We\’re looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Pay Rate: £13.50
Position Type: Permanent
Contract Type: Full time
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday – Saturday 7 hours per day
Location: Co Op, 42-44 Causewayhead Road, Stirling, Falkirk, Scotland, FK9 5EY
Role Responsibilities
- Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
- Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
- Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.
