Overview
Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Scottish Water, 5 Buchanan Gate, Stepps, Lanarkshire, Scotland, G33 6FB
Responsibilities
- Manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and development of staff.
- Ensure delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning to required service standards.
- Supervise staff to understand and follow task schedules and health and safety procedures; provide technical training as needed.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, manage materials, and order stocks as necessary.
- Address issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to the line manager where appropriate.
- Work to a schedule with initiative and reliability.

- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Good communication skills; reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
