Overview

Cleaner role at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services.

Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour. Contract: Permanent. Type of Employment: Part Time. Hours: 16 hours per week. Shift Pattern: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 6pm to 9am; Tuesday 6pm to 10pm. Location: Vodafone, Shelton Boulevard, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England, ST1 5GP.

Responsibilities

  • Evening cleaner required for general office cleaning duties, which can include kitchens and toilets.
  • Ensure equipment is clean, well maintained and in safe working order; follow all health and safety requirements and meet agreed SLAs.
  • Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises.
  • Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
  • Work within a team and/or on own initiative; build positive and productive relationships with all customers; deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate and read basic English.
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexible approach to the role; reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
