Overview
As part of our growing Engineering family, we are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer to provide a building fabric maintenance and repairs service. The role sits within our facility support service and covers a diverse range of clients, industries and sectors.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs. You should keep clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc. You will maintain a high level of customer service and use IT to record your tasks and updates. The role involves physical handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills. You should have a background in facilities management, a trade scheme or served experience. Physical fitness is required.
