As an Area Manager with Miller & Carter, you’ll lead 12beautiful bespoke Steakhouses in our East Midlands district, where one thing isfor certain, no two days are the same.

This fantastic district winds its way through the best ofthis part of the country, with sites in Aylesbury, Bedford, Burton, Coventry,Enderby, Hinkley, Kettering, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Rothley, Milton Keynesand Nottingham.

Through your passion, experience, and leadership, you’llinspire your teams to grow and develop, serve up our famous M&C guestexperiences and smash targets each and every day. But most importantly - you'llknow how to have fun and celebrate success as a team when all the hard workpays off.

• Making sure your teams bring their ‘A’ game when it comes tofood, drink, and service quality, always delivered with passion and pride
• Driving people succession through your district throughcoaching and mentoring
• You’ll spend time across your district supporting yourteams, making sure they’re the best they can be and working together to deliverresults to be proud of
• Driving a commercial culture- where delivering consistenthigh standards, sales and profit are at the heart of everything we do
• You’ll ensure your teams maintain a safe, clean, andrisk‑free environment
