As an Area Manager with Vintage Inns you’ll lead a districtof 13 bespoke rural pubs in our Scotland & North East area, where- onething is for certain, no two days are the same. Through your passion,experience and leadership, you’ll inspire your teams to grow and develop, serveup great guest experiences and smash targets each and every day. This district takes in some of the most beautiful locationsin Scotland & the North East (Newcastle Upon Tyne x3, Loch Lomond, Argyll& Bute, Glenrothes, Perth, Edinburgh, South Queensferry, Inverness,Cramlington and Glasgow x2).

- Making sure your teams bring their ‘A’ game when it comes tofood, drink and service quality, always delivered with passion and pride
- Leading a diverse team of roughly 350 across 13 sites inScotland & the North East
- Driving people succession through your district throughcoaching and mentoring
- You’ll spend time across your district supporting yourteams, making sure they’re the best they can be and working together to deliverresults to be proud of
- Driving a commercial culture- where delivering consistenthigh standards, sales and profit are at the heart of everything we do
- You’ll ensure your teams maintain a safe, clean andrisk-free environment
