About the Role
As Assistant Manager at All Bar One O2, you will support the General Manager in leading the team to success. You will motivate staff to deliver an excellent guest experience and mentor each individual to be the best they can be.

Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when required.
- Use communication skills to train and inspire the team to deliver outstanding food, drink and service.
