As a Sous Chef at Miller & Carter – Lancing, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests' faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Miller & Carter–Lancing is a renowned steak restaurant. All management employees are enrolled in a unique 3‑day industry‑leading Steak School and the company is awarded ‘The Masters of Steak' accreditation.

What will I be doing? (Sous Chef)
- Be driven to smash targets with your team.
