- Train and inspire chefs and the kitchen team to deliver food that can be proud of.
- Drive the team to smash targets and achieve performance goals.
- Support food ordering, preparation and stock control.
- Master the branded menu and ensure consistent quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
