  • Drive the team to smash targets and achieve performance goals.
  • Support food ordering, preparation and stock control.
  • Master the branded menu and ensure consistent quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at Bell & Barge – Harvester, you support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of.
