You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. It goes without saying that you must love working with children, have a good sense of humour and be a responsible and organised person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering guest queries on products, prices & house facilities/activities.
  • Dealing with enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner, endeavouring at all times to accommodate their requests.
  • Ensure a clean & tidy environment at all times & ensure that the reception area is tidy & ready for service at all times.
  • Help create a fun, exciting & safe environment so that every guest leaves wanting to return.
  • Help run children's Birthday parties, taking control and interacting with the children.
  • Face painting & Balloon modelling.
  • Selling of various food and drink items to guests.
  • Someone who is able to adapt behaviour to different situations.
  • Generate ideas to increase sales/improve standards.
  • Ability to work within an already amazing team.
  • Manage and control large groups of guests.
