As a part time Deputy Manager at the St George & Dragon, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.

  • Use your management experience to be an assistant to the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
  • Be the role model and guide development within your team.
  • Ensure our guests are cared for, being the host to life’s memorable moments.
  • Strive towards and achieve business targets.
