Mitchells & Butlers plc is looking for a General Manager in Training to lead by example across a district of Toby Carvery sites. You will undergo a 12-week induction designed to equip you with the skills to oversee operations, guest care and profitable performance.
On completion, you may progress to a General Manager role or be considered for Deputy/Assistant management based on development and performance. A driver’s license and mobility across sites are required.
