We need a professional who can work independently across approximately 40 sites in Central London, using a company van to travel from home to each location.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic cold-water plumbing – fixing toilet flushes and leaking pipes
- Woodwork and joinery
- Painting and decorating
- Floor and wall tiling
- Pest proofing
- Occasional larger works such as fence replacements, fitting of replacement kitchens and bathrooms
- Order parts, manage van stock, and handle your own workload, logging all jobs on the IT system (training provided)
- Build relationships with Area and General Managers to ensure they know how to best use your services

Location
Applicants must live in Southall, Ealing, Hounslow, Chiswick, Hammersmith or Hayes, or within 5 miles of these areas, as the role requires commuting into Central London.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled trade role—including plumbing and/or joinery—or one main trade (plumbing, joinery, carpentry)
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible approach to tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus
- Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions
- Ability to work to tight timescales
Additional (not essential) experience delivering maintenance works to multi-unit retail sites or successful self-employment is advantageous.
