Multi-Skilled Tradesperson (Plumber / Carpenter bias) using a company van to travel from your home to our pubs and restaurants in Central London. Looking for a better work-life balance? Flexible working hours are also available, enabling you to fit work around your personal commitments.
Please note: we are looking for someone who lives in Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Richmond & Wandsworth (or within 10 miles) to apply. You would not be selected for interview if you live too far away from this destination. We are looking for someone who can travel into London from these areas.

The Opportunity – Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Operative (Plumber / Carpenter bias): Working independently, you’ll use a company van to travel to pubs and restaurants in Central London and be allocated approximately 40 sites to look after, delivering general maintenance works. This will include:
- Basic cold-water plumbing, including fixing toilet flushes and leaking pipes.
- Woodwork and joinery.
- Painting and decorating.
- Floor and wall tiling.
- Pest proofing.
- Occasional larger works such as fence replacements, fitting of replacement kitchens and bathrooms.
You’ll manage the ordering of parts, your van stock, and your own workload – logging all jobs on the IT system (training provided). You’ll use your great people skills to build relationships with area and general managers, to ensure they know how to get the best out of the service you provide.
There are no call-outs, evening or weekend work, giving you a great work-life balance. You’ll be well rewarded:
- Annual bonus scheme with the potential to earn up to 20% of your salary annually.
- Permanent contract.
- Working 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to fit around your personal commitments (e.g., 7am to 2pm, 8am to 3pm, etc.).
- No evening or weekend work, nor is there an on-call rota.
