We have an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our City Division Brand Marketing team, focusing on our well-loved All Bar One brand. All Bar One is a high street brand of premium bars operating in London and cities around the UK. Our bars are stylish places for spirited people to meet friends, celebrate life and be the first to experience exciting drinks and food.

As Content Creator for our All Bar One brand, this role leads and owns social content creation across organic and paid channels for both brand‑level and local social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The Content Creator drives performance across all social scorecard metrics engagement, conversion, awareness, and follower growth with the goal of increasing brand visibility, driving footfall, and growing sales across our venues.

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day social media management of the brand‑level pages, ensuring all content aligns with the brand tone of voice, brand priorities, and values. You will also coach District Content Creators to elevate local social content and performance, and work with influencers, brand partners, and suppliers on collaborations that enhance brand awareness and consideration.

This is a mobile role, working full‑time, 5 days per week. Some evening and weekend work may be required to attend events, launches, and peak‑time activations, and requires frequent travel to London and bars nationwide as and when required.

The Opportunity – Social Media Content Creator

  • Content Creation: Plan, create, and publish social content across brand-level Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts. Capture video, stills, and copy on‑site (approx. 3 visits per week) to showcase key moments, menu items, events, and team. Develop and execute a social‑first approach to all brand campaigns, working closely with Brand Marketing Managers and the wider marketing team. Identify and react quickly to emerging social trends, ensuring content remains relevant and timely. Plan content calendars around brand campaigns, seasonal moments, and cultural key dates. Manage social shoots; create shot lists, coordinate logistics with venues and suppliers, and oversee content storage and usage. Create content for paid campaigns and promotions. Attend and capture content at key events (e.g., sporting occasions, openings).
  • Influencer & Partnership Management: Develop and deliver influencer campaigns aligned with brand strategy and key marketing activity. Source, brief, and manage influencers directly or through agency partners/tools. Oversee influencer gifting, payments, and content storage. Work with brand partners, suppliers, and collaborators to bring partnerships to life through engaging social storytelling. Develop and execute partnership content plans and manage joint social shoots. Coordinate internal and external competitions and prize activity in collaboration with partners.
  • Drive Local Social Performance: Develop and share monthly local content calendars and best practice guides. Provide campaign assets for use at site and district level. Report and cascade key performance data to improve local content quality and frequency. Support GMs and social leads with training, resources, and one‑to‑one coaching. Attend roadshows and district meetings to promote and educate teams on the importance of social media.
  • Community Management & Collaborations: Monitor and respond to guest enquiries and comments across brand‑level social channels. Engage with and repurpose user‑generated content (UGC). Build relationships and collaborations with aligned content creators, influencers, and partner brands. Participate in online conversations that enhance brand reputation and engagement.
  • Paid Social: Manage brand‑level paid social activity, focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Identify target audiences and continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing. Work with the Divisional Digital Marketing Manager to manage paid budgets effectively, maximising ROI through targeting and creative optimisation. Support local paid activity where needed to drive sales and promote local events.
  • Reporting: Use Sprout to compile and share regular reports on brand and local social performance. Cascade social scorecard results to district leads to encourage continuous improvement. Provide insight‑led recommendations and implement learnings to improve future content. Report monthly on paid social spend, performance, and impact. Contribute to the central digital scorecard for monthly executive brand updates.

What you’ll need to bring to the Social Media Content Creator role:

  • Passionate about social media, trends, and content innovation.
  • Experienced in creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Skilled in video and image editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Experience managing Meta Ads, including audience targeting, copywriting, compliance, and performance analysis.
  • Confident using social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Excellent copywriting skills and strong attention to detail.
