Mitchells & Butlers PLC operates Vintage Inns and Brassmills pubs in the UK and is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead a team, manage the menu, and deliver great food to guests with passion.
You will train Chefs, drive performance, help with ordering, stock control, and uphold health and hygiene standards. The role offers a hands-on team environment in a Rural pub setting across our Brassmills and Vintage Inns venues.
